A friend of mine from church who sings in the praise band there, Jonathan Mitchell, rewrote the words to a News Boy’s song, I’m Free. He titled his version I’m Debt Free in honor of the Dave Ramsey philosophy of living without debt of any kind, no credit cards, and honoring God for His blessings through tithing.
